Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger following traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the therapy process of grief and healing.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Solid Ground also offers Pre-Marital counseling sessions.
Solid Ground is a Christian ministry; our counseling staff remain rooted and guided by a common Christian perspective.
“Consider a tree for a moment. As beautiful as trees are to look at, we don’t see what goes on underground—as they grow roots. Trees must develop strong roots in order to grow strong and produce their beauty. But we don’t see the roots. We just see and enjoy the beauty. In much the same way, what goes on inside of us is like the roots of a tree.”—Joyce Meyer
Solid Ground works with multiple EAP programs and we also offer a generous sliding fee scale for self-pay clients. We are first and foremost a ministry; our desire is to serve our clients and we will work with you to ensure you receive the counseling you need.
